I have recently discovered Solace Dental Care – I happened upon their website at a point when I was looking for a new dentist. Their website was so well constructed, complete and clearly outlined what I was looking for in a new dentist that I gave them a call…I am very happy that I did so.

My thoughts are that a dentist, like any other doctor I see, is someone I develop a relationship with – same dentist, same office, same level of service each time I visit…I get this from Solace Dental Care. I am very impressed with having found them.

From the first phone call to my most recent visit I have had with my new dentist – I have been very pleasantly surprised. The only thing as good as their customer service is the confidence I have developed in my new dentist. Everyone is pleasant and cheerful and thus far the dental services I have received have been well above my expectations.

The team at the front desk is as thorough and dedicated to making sure my experience is as positive each visit as the previous. Crystal and Janna always dedicate their attention to me and my needs when I am there, be it offering coffee prior to seeing Dr. Philipow or making sure that my benefits plan is registered correctly in their system – customer service above and beyond what I have ever had in a dentist office.

Customer service, location and a great atmosphere – in addition to the confidence I have developed in my new dentist will keep me coming back.
