Angels of Solace

Our Dental Team is actively involved in our community. We support various local organizations, programs and initiatives that benefit the health and well-being of the people we serve.

We have even adopted a single Mom with twin daughters, age 6. Each and every month for one year starting in November 2008 we assisted in supplying some extra groceries for this family.

Because of the amazing response by our patients and because we have made such a difference in the lives of this family, we are adopting them again for another year starting November 2009! And we are supporting a second family: Billie, Gabby and Miklos.

Identity Namebrands is a proud sponsor of Angels of Solace. Their charitable efforts to help families in need, is something we strongly believe in.  Keep up the great work!

Here is a list of our most recent sponsorships in our community and abroad:

PROJECT 4R

Angels of Solace is excited to have a new project for 2012.  We have always wanted to help empower people to live a better, happier life.  Rather than just giving them support, we like to do this by setting them up to support themselves.  It is like the old saying: Rather than giving them fish, teach them to fish.

Our project for 2012 is to help this young family living in Sao Paolo, Brazil, live their dream of having their own pet supply business and therefore be able to support themselves and live a better life.  They will have a life in which their son will have opportunities of further education and learning how to run a business.

We will be raising money for them to start their business and also we will be mentoring them to become successful business owners.

They have led a life of poverty, with no hope of making any improvements in their lives.

We are so excited to be able to provide this opportunity for them.  We know of them through Patricia, one of our team members at Solace Dental Care.  She is translating and helping to coordinate the project.

We need to raise $14000 for the start up costs of the business.

Solace Dental Care has already generously donated $3000.  And, they are providing a mentorship program for the business success.

The team at Solace Dental Care is raising money by baking and selling dog and cat treats.  100% of the proceeds from the sale of these treats are going towards the project.

We truly appreciate your support in any way you feel inspired to give. Thank-you :)
